Cyclemama Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Hi All, I am on day 17 and my W30 has been incredible. I have been very good about everything. I have not been snacking during my W30, but today I had a luncheon where I ate lettuce with olive oil and lemon juice, small portion of fruit and a good piece of salmon. I know that is not much, but I ate my post workout meal an hour before I went. About four hours later I was hungry not craving so I ate 2 hard boiled eggs and a handful of strawberries. We are not eating dinner until later tonight and I know I couldn't wait that long. My question is was my snack ok? Or, should I have combined the eggs with something else. I am an active person. Some people find that having fruit as part of a snack can keep them craving sugar, so do watch that.
