Need ideas to do this program in India

Do you have meat and vegetables and fat sources such as avocado and oils?  Your spice profiles might be different but there's nothing special about the program that makes it easier or less easy to complete depending on what country you live in.  You may need to branch out away from your standard cuisine but many people in all countries need to do that, that's sort of the whole point of the program... leave your old habits and unhealthy foods and follow the Whole30 rules and recommendations for 30 days.
