Kerrigan's Log- Newbie

Hi guys!! I am currently on my 3rd day of my first Whole30. The first day was a breeze, while my second day was filled with headaches and fatigue. Guess that's my payback for all of the junk I've been putting in my body recently. Day 3 has started off slightly better. I have less of a headache and don't feel quite as tired. I am looking forward to the good feelings to come, but am nervous because my friends who have attempted the Whole30 said the first two weeks are ROUGH. I have been cooking a lot more often and have been experimenting with new flavors and spices. I feel like it is going to be a challenge on the days when I am too tired to cook. Hopefully when that day comes I will have plenty of leftovers on hand!! The weekend is coming up and the no alcohol rule is definitely going to be a challenge, but I have my La Croix and Kombucha to help curve the cravings when I go out. Here's to changing my awful food habits!!
