Help with some liver supplements?

Hi Everyone-

First time Whole30, I'm on day 14! Woohoo

I have some fatty liver issues and gallbladder sludge. It was suggested I take, Livertone Plus by Dr Sandra Cabot, and, Stone Free by Planetary Herbals. I am not sure if these are Whole30 compliant. I have listed the ingredients below. 

Livertone Plus Ingredient List: (I highlighted the one ingredient I am really not sure of)

• Milk Thistle Seed Extract (Pure Silymarin 210mg) equiv 17,500mg dried milk thistle
• Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 105mg
• d-alpha tocopheryl succinate (vitamin E) 200iu
• Thiamine hydrochloride (B1) 11mg
• Riboflavin (B2) 11mg
• Nicotinamide (B3) 11mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 11mg
• Folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF))….240mcg
• Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)….60mcg
• Biotin….60mcg
• Calcium pantothenate (equiv pantothenic acid 22mg)(B5)….27.5mg
• Zinc (as zinc oxide) 7mg
• Selenium (as selenomethionine) 50mcg
• Livatone® Plus Nutritive base 379mg Taurine, N – Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), phosphatidyl choline from GMO free soya lecithin, broccoli powder, L-Glutamine , Glycine,
• Inositol, natural caretenoids, (Camelia sinensis (green tea) extract, L – glutathione)
• Veggie Cap, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

 

Stone Free Ingredient List:

Proprietary Blend: Turmeric Root, Dandelion Root Extract, Ginger Root, Lemon Balm Leaf, Marshmallow Root Extract, Parsley Root, Coin-Leaf Desmodium Aerial Parts, Lysimachia Aerial Parts, and Licorice Root.

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, acacia gum, modified cellulose gum, and silica.

 

I am also using the NOW brand of Digestive Enzymes and Kaire Labs Probiotics, I think I read that both of these brands are Whole30 approved. Did I get that right?
