Salsagirl Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 I workout 5 sometimes 6 days a week so exercising is not my problem, FOOD is and I am ready to get control of my eating. I was going to put off starting until after the holidays, but then I kept thinking of others things that would be coming up in the near future so I made the decision to start Monday.
