hmg1993 Posted December 14, 2016 Share Posted December 14, 2016 Sharing my new favorite breakfast dish -- saute 2-3 handfuls of sliced zucchini (I make half moons) in coconut oil. While cooking, sprinkle with salt and some compliant tandoori spice. Put on plate, top with slice of smoked salmon and top that with 1/2 sliced avocado. Top with two fried or poached eggs. Enjoy!
