bcamacho
Hi, I was introduced by a friend to the whole30 program, and i am honestly serious to trying my best to change my life style. I am new and learning about it. As I am reading the description of Whole30 pdf of the allowed and not allowed foods. It says that we can eat "SOME FRUITS" Can you guys please help me determine what fruits we can and cannot eat? Thank you, Bcamacho
jmcbn
ALL fruits are allowed on the program When they say you can eat 'some fruit' it means a small amount per day (x2 servings max), rather than meaning some types are allowed & some aren't. Try to keep it as part of a meal rather than eating it on it's own..... Hope this helps!
