Hello everyone, how are you? 


I am a little bit busy. I don´t work reagularly and I work normaly 12hours (I work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. but other days I work from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.). 


Day job/ Day off (4days in a week) - I eat 3 meals.

Night job (2days in a week)- I eat 2-3 meals.

Day off after night job (1 day in a week) - I eat 1 meal.


>> When I come home in the morning, I go right to bed. I wake up in the afternoon 2-3 p.m. and I am happy to have only 1 bigger meal ( I use Whole30 book for cooking). I don´t feel hungry.  Is it okey to eat 1 meal in this situation?
