JoyfullyCheryl Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Day 19. It still isn't easy. I feel thinner and have more energy. Still no change in sleep. I'm hungry a lot, but have gotten back to regular exercise after being sick, so I just need a bit more food, I guess. Today, the office was full of junk. Donut holes. Chocolate chip cookies. Pastries. I wasn't even tempted by them, though. They looked disgusting to me. That's a positive change. Even though I'm planning to do the slow-roll introduction and to continue this way of eating for the most part, I'm really looking forward to a glass of wine in 12 days.
