Whole30 here I come

Day 2: 1/24/16

Pre W/O snack

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • 1 cup of coffee 

post w/o snack 

  • 1 egg


  • sausage and kale soup with a poached egg
  • sweet potatoe


  • spinach 
  • grape tomatoes
  • avocado
  • ground beef


  • sausage and kale soup with aidell sausage 
  • 3 dried apricots

Developed severe headache at the end if the day.  Not sure if it related to sugar or waiting too long between lunch and dinner.
