2sweetpeas Posted January 25, 2017 Author Share Posted January 25, 2017 Day 2: 1/24/16 Pre W/O snack 1 egg 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 cup of coffee post w/o snack 1 egg Breakfast sausage and kale soup with a poached egg sweet potatoe Lunch spinach grape tomatoes avocado ground beef Dinner sausage and kale soup with aidell sausage 3 dried apricots Developed severe headache at the end if the day.
