What did you give up?

Good question!  I've just finished finished my second W30 and I didn't do a great job of reintroducing gluten the first round, so I started with that this time.  I had an English muffin with a poached egg for breakfast and had no ill-effects other than I realized, you know, I don't really like bread that much.  I'd much rather have the poached eggs with roasted veggies regardless of how I react to an EnglIsh muffin. So I'm glad to know I don't react negatively (so far), but I'm equally glad to know I wouldn't miss it at all.

I never went back to dairy, with the exception of feta cheese very occasionally on a salad, and rarely some Greek yogurt.  My stomach just doesn't feel great with dairy - bloating, etc.  It seems cumulative, though, like I can have a little but a big serving more than once a week and my stomach is not happy.
