Emily Atkins Posted January 29, 2017 Share Posted January 29, 2017 I'm on D19 of my second round and I'm at a loss as to why I'm not experiencing all the wonderful changes people have reported with the program. I started my first round with the hopes of my clothes fitting better and my erratic sleep normalizing by the end of the 30 days. While I feel I gained a better understanding of meal planning and confirmed I'm gluten intolerant, I lost zero inches or lbs and my sleep is still erratic. Since starting Round 2, I've cut back on fruit, nuts, and compliant bars, thinking that perhaps they were what sabotaged my first round. But my clothes are still not fitting better, and I don't sleep through the night. With 11 days left, what else can I try to make this successful??
