Mon's R2 Whole 30

It's a spontaneous start but my second Whole 30 starts today! 

B | Long black

L | Spinach leaves, snow peas, basil with avocado oil and lemon juice dressing

D | Chicken and spinach (sweet potato chips for T)


From the get- go I want to lay down some thoughts to reflect on when the going gets tough!

1. No whinging. Constantly talking about things you want but can't have by your own choice will drive people crazy and undermine point one.

2. It is only 30 days; T and friends will understand that. I don't have to cave in just because I feel uncomfortable being the odd one out. 

3. Try to change your habits for good.
