Early Period Post 30 days

Hi ladies,

So I just finished my 1st W30!! I have only introduced beer back (it was the super bowl!).  I had gotten my period a few days earlier when I was doing the W30.  But now I'm early by a week and 1/2.  And I'm usually always on track so 10 days early is confusing. 

 

Any thoughts?

I haven't had my period for more than a day here and there over the past 5 years (I have an IUD).  I am on day 24 and have had it for the past week straight.  What the heck????
