Birthday Suggestions

Hi guys,

I started my Whole30 journey on Feb. 1st.  My birthday is on March 7th, so I will be on my second reintroduction item.  I don't want to screw up all the hard work I have put into this.  What should I start with with my first reintroduction, and then my second?  Planning ahead for my birthday!  Any suggestions?

The order of reintroductions is really up to you. Is there something you'd really like to have on your birthday? Sushi with rice? Real butter on a baked potato or whipped cream on fruit? Cake?  Alcohol? I'd start with what you want to have that day and figure out from there. Keep in mind that your average cake has both dairy and gluten grains, so you might have to look for recipes and make one yourself to only have grains in it, and even ice cream can be hard to find completely clean with no carrageenan in it.

Once you've figured out what you want on your birthday, then you can plan your other reintroductions around it.
