Newbie Canadian

Hey there.  I'm Miranda.  I'll be 30 on March 31, and I'd really love to start feeling like I'm actually only 30.  A friend pointed me in the direction of Whole30, and it just seems so perfect for my own personal health.  I'll be starting March 1, officially.  I intend to continue what I learn beyond that and reset my eating habits and health as a whole.  

I frequent the gym, with limitations due to a back injury, and my goal there is to build strength in my core.  I can feel that happening.  My weight doesn't move though.  Except up.  I know it's because my system is a as from life long poor habits and not giving my body the respect it needs.  So here I am.  Yay for all of us on this journey.
