Mary Dahlia Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 So I wanna do a reset on my metabolism, and cleanse my body of toxins, and go back to better eating habits. It would be great to lose 10-15 pounds in the process. I need a program like this to keep me accountable and disciplined to stick to it. I'm in my 40's and generally ate fairly well until about 4 months ago, then just lost motivation, had more stress and fell into bad habits. I like to go biking and take care of my body with regular acupuncture visits and chiropractic care. I like natural ways of self care, and have quite a few allergies and deal with a lot of sinus issues, so I'm hoping this will fix some of those, and I'll learn to make better decisions in my eating again.
