dbt
I am a 33 yo woman with a lifetime history of recurrent major depression, anxiety, fatigue, and serious GI problems. I have recently discovered that I am sensitive to gluten so I have been doing my best to decrease gluten in my diet. I have just come across this program and think it would be a serious benefit to me. I know I can make the commitment, but will be traveling to visit friends in 2 weeks and, while I believe I may be able to stay gluten-free, I know that I will not be in the position to stick to the Whole30 while I am out there (and nor do I want to try) I am certainly willing to commit when I return, but is there anything anyone can suggest so that I can prepare myself over the next 2 weeks? Thanks for the help!
jennrider
I would start looking up recipes and getting grocery ideas. I started to cut back on sugar, grains and dairy about a week before I actually started. Have you read It Starts With Food? This forum is full of great ideas and tips for meal prep.
