jmcbn Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 Any other type of fat is good so unless the avocado is a fundamental part of the recipe just leave it out & sub with whatever fats you like - home made mayo and mayo based sauces, clarified butter/ghee, coconut milk/cream/oil/flesh, rendered animal fats, nut & seed oils, olives/olive oil..... lots of options!
