stellah
When I started the Whole30 on March 8th I did not weigh myself because I read I was not supposed to. Mistake! After my first 3 weeks and a noticeable difference in my clothing become a lot less tight and in my chest, I weighed myself. I weighed 133.5 and now I weigh 121.8 lbs! My question is, do you drop a lot of lbs in the first 3 weeks? What should I add on to my original weight, 3 more lbs?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 7, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 7, 2017 Weight isn't really the main focus around here. You really weren't supposed to weight yourself three weeks into the program -- not weighing during the 30 days is one of the rules. Be happy with the amount you know you've lost, and take a look at this list of non-scale victories and see what else you can celebrate.
