Stacie0725
I found an almond butter at Costco. All it has is roasted almonds. Is "roasted" a problem? Also, I need balsamic vinegar for a recipe. It says it contains naturally occurring sulfites. Is that an issue? I know we can't have sulfites, but not sure if it makes a difference if it's naturally occurring. orca_chick
I buy the Kirkland brand almond butter at Costco. Since the only ingredient is dry roasted almonds, it is compliant. So if you have the same stuff, you're good to go (in moderation, of course)! Also, natural occurring sulfites are ok but nothing with added sulfites. Your vinegar should be just fine. :-)
