EndStageGamer Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 One year ago, I had a kidney and pancreas transplant and since that time in have gained 35 pounds and I was curious if anybody has existence with Whole30 after this kind of surgery and if this would be a good thing for me. You've probably had to take a number of meds after each of these serious procedures. Even surgeons wouldn't advise you without medical tests/history..going forward.
