My WholeWhatever

Start tomorrow on Whole30 #2. It's actually not a Whole30 - more like a WholeWhatever. I think I need to stay on it much longer than 30 days to help it "stick" but I'm not giving myself an end day at this point. I feel like my brain just wants to revert back to old habits when it knows that it only has to be off of something for a certain amount of time. So, I'm going to make sure my brain knows that this is for a much longer amount of time than it was before. It can handle it :). I'll feel better and I feel much more confident now in my ability to stick to the plan. My long-range plan is to stay compliant all the time unless I am face with a situation where I can't - and I am now going to be much more honest with myself about my definition of "can't"!
