June 1st start date....

Hi, there are a bunch of us that started on June 1st.  Feel free to come join our chatter there.  We use the thread even though the original poster didn't return.  We're going strong though.  As far as feeling tired, how are your meals comparing to the recommended meal template ?  It's hard to offer any thoughts or suggestions without much info.  I take Natural Calm's unsweetened magnesium supplement which might be something helpful for that but it could be so many things like too much of or not enough of different types of fats, proteins, starchy veggies, greens, water etc.   There are some really knowledgeable mods here that could help.
