Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 29, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 29, 2017 I've heard of this happening on occasion -- double check your spam folder to be sure it didn't go there, and then if it's not there, there's an email address at the bottom of each email, I think it's [email protected] -- send an email to them and explain what happened, and they should be able to straighten it out.
