Loraine
Having started the Whole 30 on 1 Sept I completed the Whole 30 some weeks ago and have been transitioning ever since. I have lost 6 pounds (I take meds that slow weight loss down). I was telling my neighbour today that I have never felt beter. Making regular trips to the toilet with no problems TMI! have more energy (which my dog loves), sleeping great, eating great . I love all the Paleo foods so far, and they are pretty much how I was brought up during and after WWII in the UK. Most days I can go with no lower back pain, hence no painkiller drugs, and my shoulders and upper arms are having much less pain too! I am impressed!!!! Loraine
Thank you Kirsteen and Derval. I am fully committed to living this way for the rest of my life. Not saying i won't slip off now and again (I am flying to the UK next year so the long flight may give me a small problem, but I shall ask for a gluten/dairy free menu!
