Hi Etui!  I also started my first Whole30 today.  I have looked at this Program on and off several times and finally decided to jump in.  I bought the book last Thursday, read it (almost) cover to cover, did a lot of "googling", printed out and saved some recipes, made a grocery list, went shopping and did my best to mentally prepare myself for the next 30 days and beyond.  I'm still trying to wrap my head around not getting on a scale for the next 30 days and not tracking food, calories, etc. but I'll work through it.  I really look forward to finding "Food Freedom".  Have you done the Program before or is this your first time?
