Day 5

Hi all!

First time go with the Whole30 - did a few attempts before but was never able to stay on track.  

I'm super proud I've made it 5 days and (hopefully) gotten over the sugar detox.  I'm just curious for others that have done this multiple times, is it typical to not feel any different after day 5? I guess I thought I would at least be sleeping better, not as tired, more energy, something!! :-) 

I do also have my lady friend (that time of month, ugh) so maybe that has something to do with it as well?

Any thoughts/suggestion/"you're only on day 5 keep going" tough love would be great! :)
