Feeling disappointed

So, I am on day 17 and things are going well with the Whole30, my family is loving all the new recipes but I don't feel like I am losing any weight. My joints feel better and I am sleeping better but the whole reason I did this was to lose 10lbs. I am feeling very disappointed and discouraged. I am doing the diet with two friends and they are telling me their pants are starting to feel loser, for me no change what so ever. Plus, I have not really experienced the "Tigers Blood".

You're 17 days into a 30 day program, and many people don't notice weight related changes until the last week or so.

Focus on the non-scale victories.
