MJWoo
Just learned of this cookbook. No clue what is in it, but I'm new to grassfed and needs some tips. Might be useful. http://media.chelsea...urmet-cookbook/
Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 29, 2012 Moderators Share Posted November 29, 2012 I follow the author's blog. I forwarded a link to her advice for cooking a pastured turkey to my farmer without noticing she included a recipe for stuffing on the same page. He and his wife made the stuffing for Thanksgiving and it was delicious. I bet the cooking advice in the cookbook is good too, but you can't count on everything being Whole30-compliant. Kim
That book is very, very good. My current favorite from Shannon Hayes (who I totally loooove) is Long Way on a Little. It gives all the grass-fed cooking tips and recipes for darn near every cut, but also lots on what to do with bones and fat, organs, etc. It's really fabulous. Best part is that her family went Paleo as she was writing this book and most of the recipes are Paleo.
