Doin' it again NOVEMBER1!!!!

I did the whole 30 a couple years ago and felt great. It's time for a reset again. I let fast food and cigarettes sneak back into my life in the last year, and my body and brain are real sad about it! So today, I cut out all the bullshit food and commit to NOT SMOKING! I'm actually really excited to get some big parts of my life back... like the energy and lung capacity to work out! Has anyone else on here quit smoking at the same time as starting the whole 30? How did it go? Any advice?
