Thank you Depends what you're using it for... if it's acid for mayo, then any acid will do... if it's for a vinegary flavor in a recipe, i'd use an alternate vinegar... google in general might be able to give you an idea of what people sub for ACV depending on what they're making. Oh, yes, any vinegar would do... it's just the chemical makeup that helps breakdown the bones so that would work Google told me red or white wine vinegar...
