EjayC
Has anyone else experienced increased breast tenderness and pain? This is a normal pms symptom for me but this time around it started earlier and is worse. (I'm on whole30 day 27, have had breast pain for a week and I'm not due for a period for a few more days). I found this study:(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/3470539/) that concludes that a higher than 20% fat diet can cause this. Can anyone help or at least tell me you too?! Link to comment
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2018 The Whole30 does have an impact on hormones so women especially can get some odd side effects but I would strongly encourage you to see a doctor because no one here is a medical professional... you'd want to make sure it's not something serious which we cannot determine over the internet.
