I've given up refined sugar and caffeine before (separately), as successful experiments with conscious eating. I practise yoga and mindfulness meditation, and getting moving comes in the form of walking and cycling. I say this because there's so much hardcore fitness in the participant things I read and I respect gentleness as an alternative! I'd love to hear from any others in the UK doing the Whole30 in January - just for the slightly different culture, different produce, different cuisine ideas etc. I'm following a few blogs and I have to smile and wave past the 'cheat' posts - I'm not interested in 'nearly'.
