January Whole30 in the UK

I'm going full Whole30 after being introduced to it by someone from NY. I've given up refined sugar and caffeine before (separately), as successful experiments with conscious eating. I practise yoga and mindfulness meditation, and getting moving comes in the form of walking and cycling. I say this because there's so much hardcore fitness in the participant things I read and I respect gentleness as an alternative!

I'd love to hear from any others in the UK doing the Whole30 in January - just for the slightly different culture, different produce, different cuisine ideas etc. I'm following a few blogs and I have to smile and wave past the 'cheat' posts - I'm not interested in 'nearly'.
