hopkins
I don't see any other autonomic threads on here. I'd like to try the challenge to help slow bowel motility. I don't want/need to lose any weight. Is this going to be a problem?
Robin Strathdee
hopkins - It shouldn't be a problem to maintain your weight at all, especially if you don't have it to lose. Just make sure you're eating according to the template (1-2 palm sized portions of protein per meal) and not skimping on the stick to your ribs starchies like sweet potatoes, rutabaga, pumpkin, winter squash, etc. If you're concerned about bowel motility, do you have any diagnosed issues you're working with? For example, do you have gallbladder issues? If so, stick to the low end (but not less) of the recommended level of fat at first until you can tell how your body will do with the addition.
