Smilingteri
Hi. I started this journey on Sunday 15April2018. While I was going along, doing great, I had to have a small bag of SKITTLES to get me home from a very long trip. This occurred on 24April2018. Do I have to start over since it wasn't my intentions to break that rule? It was a matter of life or death. Can anyone answer that question? I would greatly appreciate it! Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 28, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 28, 2018 The recommendation is to start over. How were the skittles "life and death"?
Denise128
I'm sorry but yes, you need to start over. Part of Whole 30 is to totally kill your sugar dragon.
Denise128
Something I did Before I actually committed to a start date. I would practice eating whole 30. I believe this really helped me when I actually completed the whole 30 run. My craving level was not bad at all. I actually enjoyed my whole 30 so much that after my reintroduction, I wanted to do it again. Felt so much better eating that way. Hope this helps you. Definitely try again.
