I just had a failed start to a whole 30 earlier this month, and really feel off the wagon this past week. But by falling off, I realized how great I'd been feeling from eating whole30 for the 11 days that I made it, and now I'm determined to do one successfully! I also am hoping to get pregnant, and so an anti-inflammatory, natural diet sounds like what the doctor ordered. I'd love for anyone to jump on the wagon with me!
