raleininger
Hi! Im on day 14 of my first Whole 30. I definitely have begun to recognize some benefits (sleeping much better, great energy, love the new food and cooking experiences) but I am SO bloated. I feel like I am eating alot of food -- so it could be that. But I have a suspicion.. I have just begun eating eggs (within the last 2 months) and have enjoyed mixing/eating them into my whole30 breakfast. But I am wondering if I have some sort of allergy of some sort as I felt very bloated today and noticed it as I have been consuming more eggs than ever in my life. When I googled "food allergies" it usually has noticeable effects.. rashes, gas, irritation..none of which I have experienced. I am planning to exclude eggs from my meal plan this week just to tell.. so i guess I am looking for some commentary/validation that this is a good/bad idea? AngryBlonde
It's fine to exclude them. It sounds like you will notice a difference pretty quickly if that's the culprit. I am a bit bloated but it's because of eating more cabbage and brussels sprouts than normal.
