My husband and I are starting Whole 30 this Friday August 24th, after visiting family on vacation and seeing my healthy and fit brother and sister-in-law who just completed a Whole 30. I hope that the Whole 30 will finally help me identify what has been causing my back acne, which came out of nowhere a few years ago. Hormonal reasons have been ruled out.
