CricketProtein
Per page 120, how is it that Sunflower Seed Butter is OK but per chapter 9, page 97, Sunflower Seed Oil is bad. I would imagine there's a fair amount of sunflower seed oil in sunflower seed butter. Is there a deeper explanantion on this one? Maybe something along the lines of the concentration of oil? I was under the impression this sort of thing was pretty black and white when it came to adhering to Whole30 guidelines
ar1zona1
I would guess that the amount of processing required to make the oil in the specific grade alters it to a form/concentration were not supposed to eat.
