VeWatson
In all of the Whole30 resourced books: "It Starts with Food," "Day by Day" and the "Whole30 - the 30 day guide. . ." and website, it is clear as day in the rules "No carrageenan, MSG, and sulfITES;" I also reviewed the additives cheat sheet; However, on the "Can I have Guide to the Whole30" on the Whole30 website, it says: "The Whole30 eliminates carrageenan, MSG, and sulfites (or sulfates) on the program." So what is the deal? SulfATEs out? what if it's in San Pellegrino specifically)https://whole30.com/2013/06/the-official-can-i-have-guide-to-the-whole30/
