My husband was recently diagnosed diabetic, so my whole30 cooking can only benefit him, as a side perk of improving my own health. How are you both doing, now 4 days in? Awww thank you, congrats to you as well! My husband has been on that pre-diabetic fence for years now... I've known about Whole30 for awhile, but actually doing it is his idea. And after 24 years we do pretty much everything together, lol. A little tired, a few headaches... But. The. Foods are AMAZING! I'm a pretty darn good cook and we eat relatively healthy most of the time, but these seasonings and food combos I've never thought of trying. Especially the not traditional american foods.
