luluUK
Hi there I’m Lynsey, I’m 30 and I live in Aylesbury in the United Kingdom. I have suffered from dietary problems for the last ten years or so. I suffer from bloating and constipation (TMI) pretty much permanently and something has got to give. I’ve also had acne since I was 13. I got very good results from the ketogenic diet and found that a lot of my problems were gradually disappearing. Keto, however, does not highlight the problem foods so I am giving Whole 30 a try. At this stage, I am planning my journey. Whole 30 is huge in the USA and is still gathering momentum in the UK. I’m going to have to research ingredients and items which will take me some time. I hope to commit before Christmas. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy browsing this forum and learning from you guys :-) Best wishes Lynsey x
Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 22, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 22, 2018 Best of luck, @luluUK ! Although there are a lot of convenience and pre-made foods in the US vs what we have available in Canada or the UK, you don't actually need any of them to do the program. Veggies, proteins and fats are all that is required.
