I am rebooting to launch on Thursday after reviewing an item I used the past two days. I found a couple of local grilles in town at HyVee that prepared me compliant proteins for Lunch. Love the promotion of leftovers and the push of veggies. Fruit and vegetable fruit drinks will be limited. Thanks for the encouragement thus far on social media. Any juices that you may be considering are highly discouraged on Whole30 - you'll find increased satiety and less cravings if you can forgo them altogether.
