It was so successful last year but I went back to my old eating habits very quickly hoping to do a better job of keeping some of the bad foods out of my diet even after I'm done with this round. Did you happen to do proper reintroductions at the end of your last Whole30? If not, those reintroductions are really "the" way that you can help yourself create a plan that works for you at all times of the year.
