SarahHat
I work 24 hour shifts. I’m not always able to stop and eat or it may be a really long time between meals. Any advise on things I can carry with me that are compliant?

Can you be more specific about what you mean by 'carry with you'? Is a cooler reasonable or are you looking for things to put in your pockets? If a cooler is reasonable then the world is your oyster... if you're looking for something to put in your pockets then you're going to be relying on bars and as that's not really sustainable (expensive) or recommended, if you can be more specific about your context we can try and help - we've had nurses, waitresses, long haul drivers, first responders etc... all do the program so I"m sure we can figure something out with you. SarahHat
I’m a nurse practitioner, I need things to carry in my pocket. I always plan meals and I have fridge, it’s just those days when things are crazy busy
JenZig
HI- I'm a nurse manager and I can relate. Maybe make ziploc snack bags that you can grab in between things: nuts, celery, carrots, and radishes all keep well for a bit without refrigeration. Apples and bananas are quick also.
