Kimberly
I was so excited to find pork from pastured, humanely raised pigs at a local farm. I got a pork blade steak to try. Any ideas on how to prepare a piece of meat like this? I am extremely uncreative in the kitchen. I was thinking maybe season and grill it, but what would I season it with? Is pork even acceptable to grill?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 30, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 30, 2012 You can do most anything with a pork blade steak that you can do with a beef steak. Here are two recipes I've published... http://www.wholelifeeating.com/2011/03/pork-steak-with-tomatoes-and-collards/ http://www.wholelifeeating.com/2011/03/balsamic-glazed-pork-steak-with-brussels-sprouts/
