Allergy to Bananas

I'm also allergic to bananas. I'm not planning any smoothies, pancakes, baked treats etc while on Whole30. But after, when you are ready to reintroduce, I just leave the banana out of my smoothies. They might be a little thinner, but still good. 
For other baking, sweet potato, pumpkin or other squash, or applesauce will usually work.
