Newbie... and feeling good at Day5 and 6?!?!?!

Curious to know if others have had a similar experience...if they can maybe explain what my body is doing! Also wondering if I'm heading for a big crash!

This is my first Whole30 and I started on Jan 2nd. Day 3 was ABSOLUTELY miserable... I feel like I combined the normal Whole30 timeline of days 2-8 all into one horrendous day. But since then, I've been feeling really good. I feel like maybe too good? I feel energized and the constant hunger has subsided. The only thing is I wake up with a tiny headache, but that goes away within an hour of waking up. 

I generally eat on the healthy side (although I LOVE carbs) and I'm very active. My workouts on Day 3,4 and 5 really suffered (talk about SLUG). But since then, I've made sure to incorporate my potato / starch in my diet. I took yesterday off... will see how my workout tonight goes.

The timeline is just a general guide, not everyone follows it exactly. Don't worry that there's something wrong, you were just one of the lucky people who got through the worst of it more quickly.
