Shannmac Posted September 4, 2020 Share Posted September 4, 2020 Starting on Sun, I did my first whole 30 and was in the middle of it when the pandemic started. Made it through but kinda got lost in the aftermath. Wanting to get back feeling good. My kids start distance learning next week and I wanted to have my plan going before that. I picked up groceries at Costco yesterday and am making an Aldi run today. Also wanting to shift my family into healthier eating. Feel like over the summer we used food as our source of enjoyment as we were not able to do our activities and I found myself buying snacks and foods I would normally not buy eg. doritos, pringles etc. Got the whole 30 day by day to help me keep focus. I’m feeling run down and exhausted all the time. I’m looking forward to getting myself and my health back on track. I’m really happy to be part of this group!
